Consultant in the area of Tourism since 1996, founded in 2005 the Viabiliti - Financial Management, Lda., a company specialized in financial advisory services to tourism and renewable energy projects.

Responsable for the development of more than 1,000 studies, analyzes and processes, being specialized in the design of business models, in the elaboration of strategic investment analyzes, economic and financial feasibility studies, or in the monitoring of the financial execution of investment projects. The main objectives are: (i) structuring the business model, (ii) contributing to the maximization of the financing structure of a project, and (iii) obtaining tax benefits.

The activity was carried out either for public entities, for non-profit associations or for private entities, covering the totality of the financing instruments: directly by banks, through the European Investment Bank, through contributions from the European Community, through directly by Turismo de Portugal or through protocols between this Institute and the banks. Also, a high experience is held in negotiations with Real Estate Funds and Venture Capital Companies.
