Biography
Dalila Dias has been the Executive Director of the Historical Villages of Portugal - Association for Touristic Development for 7 years. She received her licentiate degree in Marketing Management from the Instituto Português de Administração de Marketing de Aveiro (IPAM – The Marketing School) in 2000. In 2002, she concluded the Graduate Program in "Quality Inspection in Tourism" at the Instituto das Novas Profissões (INP – Lisbon). In 2006, she participated in the Course for Urban Center Managers. She has a master's degree in Tourism Management and Development (University of Aveiro). She initiated her doctoral studies in Management (University of Beira Interior); Research area: Territorial Innovation and Low-Density Territories.
The author and co-author of articles related to tourism, low-density territories, and their development process; 10 years of experience in regional/local development.
