Tomás de Azcárate y Bang holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, with a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the same University and a Master's Degree in Senior Business Management from the I.N.S.E.A.D. of Fontainebleau.

Patricio holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA from the MBA Business School. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of scientific research and in the tourism sector. He is responsible for the coordination and strategy of Biosphere projects, and contact point at an international level.

Erika Harms has focused her career on creating platforms to unite the private and public sectors in support of the conservation priorities of the United Nations and has spearheaded initiatives such as the Alliance for Sustainable Tourism and the Association for Global Sustainable Tourism Criteria.

More than fifteen years dedicated to conflict resolution in matters related to the tourism and leisure sectors, and strategic and operational consulting. Graduate with a degree in Biology, Central University of Barcelona. Bilingual Master in Economics and Business Management, IESE, Barcelona.

With a degree in Journalism and a Masters in Communication and Marketing, Patricia Araujo has worked since 1997 in Client Management, New Product Creation and Project Management. Since 2015 she has been Director of Marketing and Projects for Biosphere Portugal

Glenn Mandziuk was President and CEO of the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Region, had a budget of more than 3 million dollars; involves more than 4,200 industry stakeholders and 90 communities and villages; and performs marketing services for consumer, travel, media relations, research, industry, and community services.

Expert in culture and innovation. More than 10 years of experience in the creation of management models of "positive and sustainable culture" both in organizations and the society. With a lifetime dedicated to training, research and the implementation of sustainability at all levels, Giuseppe is an Agronomist graduated from the University of Bologna and specialized in soil conservation, he has an MBA in Sustainable Tourism Management, directed by Amos Good and awarded by the University for International Cooperation of Costa Rica and, finally, an MSc and PhD in island ecology and eco-social processes awarded by the University of La Laguna, Tenerife, Canary Islands.

Born in 1956 in Vilanova i la Geltrú, he has a degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences from the University of Barcelona and a Postgraduate Degree in Public Administration Management from ESADE. Between 2007 and 2021 he was Tourism Manager of the Barcelona Provincial Council. Previously, he was Manager of Culture of the Diputación de Barcelona and Secretary General of the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya

Since 2015 he has been First Deputy Mayor and Councilor for Urban Planning and Sustainability of the Soto del Real (Madrid) city council and since 2016 he is a member of the Advisory Council of the Spanish Sustainable Development Network that prepares annual reports on the degree of compliance with the SDGs by the different countries or every two years the evaluation of the involvement of the 100 Spanish cities in the 2030 agenda.

CEO of Skål International since 2016 and member from 2019 - 2021 of the UNWTO Affiliate Members Board. He is currently a Member of the UNWTO World Committee on Tourism Ethics.
